The story of The Legend of the White Elephant (Thailand)

Once upon a time, in ancient Thailand, there lived a king who had a white elephant named Phra Khang. Phra Khang was a sacred animal in Thai culture and was highly respected and revered by the people. The king loved Phra Khang and treated him like a member of the royal family, taking great care of him.

One day, a neighboring kingdom heard about the white elephant and decided they wanted to capture it for themselves. They sent a group of hunters to capture Phra Khang, but the king and his army were able to protect the white elephant and defeat the hunters.

The neighboring kingdom, however, did not give up on their desire to capture Phra Khang. They came up with a new plan to trick the king and capture the white elephant. They sent a beautiful and clever woman to the king's kingdom, pretending to be a lost traveler. The king, feeling pity for her, welcomed her with open arms and offered her shelter.

The woman, who was actually a spy, used her charm and wit to gain the king's trust. She even became friends with Phra Khang. Eventually, she was able to lead the white elephant into a trap set by the neighboring kingdom, and Phra Khang was captured.

The king, who was devastated by the loss of Phra Khang, decided to take action. He gathered his army and set out to rescue the white elephant. After a long and difficult battle, the king and his army were able to defeat the neighboring kingdom and bring Phra Khang back home safely.

The end.
